Elmbridge House, the William Lacey Group office site is being redeveloped to provide ten new homes for private sale; we will remain on the site in temporary offices during the redevelopment. Unfortunately it is not possible to park on site but there are plenty of parking spaces available in nearby roads or alternatively, there is free three hour parking available in Woking Park Car Park, GU22 9BA, accessed off Kingfield Road, our office is just a short walk away.
Our new Warfield site is close to a delightful Country Park but also has excellent motorway and train links to London within easy distance. We will shortly be submitting a planning application for a development of five detached executive style homes.
