These four new, one and two bedroomed apartments, include facilities for wheelchair
access, they are the last homes to be built on this development. Rydens Way was a
regeneration project of fifty seven dwellings that included a range of private sale and
partnership homes from one bed apartments to four bedroomed houses. The new homes
featured many elements of 21 st century environmental living, including a heat recovery
system and photo voltaic integrated solar panels.
